Fulton County Now Using Naviance to Help Students with College and Career Preparation
Students and Parents, we are happy to introduce Naviance!
Fulton County Schools is providing students, grades 9-12, access to Naviance, an online college and career readiness platform that helps students find their best-fit path after high school.

Naviance makes it easier than ever for students to answer the questions that will shape their future: Who am I? What do I want to be? How will I get there? and How will I succeed? It also provides intuitive tools and features that will help students plan, design, and achieve goals that will prepare them for future colleges and careers!
Accessing Naviance - Parents and Guardians

Parents/Guardian, visit our school’s Naviance Student site at http://student.naviance.com/northview. You may be asked to enter our school's zip code to search for the school. Please enter 30097.

Once on our school’s Naviance Student site, simply enter your personal registration code in the Are You New Here, I need to Register section. ***Parents/guardians were sent their Naviance registration codes via email.***

Follow the on-screen instructions to create your own account. Once you have your own account, you will sign in using the username and password you chose during the registration process.
Accessing Naviance - Students

For students, all you have to do to access Naviance is log in to Classlink and click on the Naviance icon. It’s that easy!!!

11th Grade Virtual Coffee Chats
The counselors are hosting two virtual coffee chats to talk about Naviance with the 11th grade. The class of 2021 will be using Naviance during their college search and to apply to colleges. The coffee chats will be on Tuesday, May 5th at 11am and 2pm. 11th graders need to check their @fcstu.org email addresses to get links to attend the Teams meetings. Students only need to choose one. Parents, please remind your students to check their email. They can access their FCSTU.ORG email through Classlink, under Outlook.
Seniors - 40% of You Still Need to Complete the Post Graduation Form and Senior Exit Survey

New Student Leadership Opportunity for 2020-21
Fulton County Youth Commission 2020-21 - Due by June 26, 2020 by 5pm
The Fulton County Youth Commission is a LEADERSHIP PROGRAM designed to help get tomorrow's LEADERS involved TODAY! As Youth Commissioners, they will address the many issues presently facing youth through the influences of government mandates, policies and legislation. Students will become familiar with how local government resolves youth issues and will make suggestions for the best solutions, but most importantly, help facilitate change. For consideration, students must meet the following criteria:
Must be a resident of Fulton County
Must attend a school within Fulton County (public, private, charter)
Must be in the 9th -11th grade during the 2020-2021 academic year
Must submit a completed application and a two-page essay
