Naviance Information for Class of 2022

We want to remind you that all students in Fulton County Schools now have access to Naviance, which can be accessed through ClassLink.  Students use their standard class log-in.

Seniors will use Naviance to process and submit transcripts, letters of recommendation, and other college application documents.

Types of College Applications

This year as you begin your senior year, we strongly encourage you, to visit Naviance to research colleges, careers and scholarships! After doing your research and once you compile a list of colleges you are applying to you will find that different colleges will require you to apply using different platforms, including Common Application, Coalition Application, GAFutures, Common Black College Application and individual college applications.

Applying with Common App

  • Do NOT invite any teachers or counselors to write letters of recommendation through Common App until after you match your Common App account with your Naviance account. Requesting letters of recommendation in Common App before matching your Naviance account will create errors. Therefore, please hold off on requesting recommendations until after you match your accounts. Please refer to the guides below to learn how to match your accounts.

Quick Guides for Using Naviance

  • Look at our QuickStart Guide to applying to colleges through Naviance using Common App or a non-Common App application.

  • Common App vs. Non-Common App Processes - Click on the green link to this one page info sheet on matching common app application and applying to non-common app colleges.
